Assessment Process And Methodology
The evaluation process is designed to individually recognize and assess educational institutes in distinct stages of education across 11 award categories. The evaluation methodology comprises the following selection process:
STAGE-1
Screening Round
Entrants will receive an email acknowledgement when an entry has been received
- It will be completely based upon the application form filed by the entrants. The detailed application form has been divided into various sections with each section carrying a certain weightage.
- The application form will be first evaluated by the Knowledge Partner/ Internal Team who will assess each section based on the assigned weightage.
- In case of any discrepancies or unclear details, the team will reach out to the schools for clarification or additional information.
- Kindly ensure all the above eligibility requirements are met, with clear records of the school’s academic, co-curriculars, sports achievements, etc.
- Verify the submission of required supporting documents, such as school prospectus, certificates of winners, school accreditation certificate, and other additional documents in support of your nomination.
- After the screening round, the top entry in each of the categories would be selected to be carried forward for the Jury round. The jury would assess the schools on pre-decided evaluation criteria.
- Entries will be judged by an esteemed panel comprising academic experts, educationists, researchers, expert bodies in vocational education, professionals from various industries, as well as by the internal team of CSR TIMES.
- The jury’s decision will be final and binding.
- Once the jury has completed their assessments, the final results will be announced in a timely manner.

Felicitation
Winners will be communicated through email. Winners in Top positions will be felicitated with ‘SHIKSHA BHARATI Awards’ during the Summit by prominent dignitaries.
