They are good communicators, effective decision makers, and can adapt to the changing circumstances. They motivate others drive change and build trust, fostering a positive and productive environment, through transformational approaches. Organizational culture significantly reflects the leadership style. The leaders set the tone for an effective school environment, where ideas and innovation are celebrated.

Through this recognition, we aim to recognize outstanding leadership and administrative excellence demonstrated by school principals, head of institutions, department heads, and administrative heads who shape the school culture to thrive.
